The TTP4 platform supports non-destructive testing of full and partial wafers up to 51 mm \/ 2 in and is documented for operation from 4.2 K to 475 K using continuous helium or nitrogen refrigeration, vapor-cooled radiation shielding, cold-head\/sample-stage heating, and ultra-stable micro-manipulated probe stages for precise probe-tip placement. This system is equipped with 67 GHz RF\/microwave probe arms\/cabling on two axes, making it especially well-suited for 2-port microwave\/S-parameter device characterization when paired with compatible GSG probes, calibration substrate, VNA, microscope\/vision setup, and proper planarization\/calibration hardware. We tested probe\/manipulator motion, vacuum operation, and heating of the temperature stages. Cryogenic base-temperature operation, full 4.2 K to 475 K temperature-range performance, RF\/microwave performance, 67 GHz signal integrity, and calibration were not tested. The boom arm\/microscope mount is included; SZ microscope\/head is not included (though we can include one for a small extra cost). A serious Lake Shore cryogenic\/RF probe-station platform for semiconductor, quantum materials, superconducting device, cryogenic transport, and microwave device research labs seeking a major discount versus new configured system cost.
