Varian Saturn manuals describe this ion trap assembly as using filament and exit endcap electrodes with an RF ring electrode, quartz\/silica spacers, electron gate, filament connections, axial modulation connections, electron multiplier HV\/signal feedthroughs, and transfer-line access into the ion trap cavity. This unit is used surplus and has not been tested, cleaned, leak-checked, or verified for filament\/electron multiplier\/feedthrough continuity.
