10-port UHV High Vacuum Chamber Conflat Flanges Stainless Steel HVA Brand Valve
See photos. Used. Has a couple of very small nicks in the knife edges (the largest of which is pictured in the last photo). I was able to get it to seal to UHV still. This chamber is used and, as such, has a few small dents and scratches here and there. It isn't perfect, but it does what it needs to do.
All conflat flanges are HVA brand and have tapped bolt holes. The valve is an HVA 122-9400 pneumatic valve on the inside of a 6" conflat.
Flanges are as follows:
•4x 2.75" CF DN35CF-DN40CF Flanges
•4x 6" DN100CF flanges
•2x 4.5" DN63CF flanges
•1x custom o-ring sealed opening, measures 3"x4.5" on the inside. You will need to provide a flange with an o-ring to seal that side (on the opposite side from the valve control arm).
