14" Diameter 44" Tall Varian High Vacuum Chamber w/ 2.75" DN35CF 6" DN100CF Conflat Flanges

High Vacuum Chamber built by Varian. It is model 932-1200.

Built-in valve works fine: you can see it in closed position in picture 7 and open in picture 8. It divides the chamber into two sections: the lower, pumping section with all of the ion pumps and the upper, evaporation section with the PVD/Sputtering setup.

The glass of the bell jar is cracked (can be seen in photo 10) and will need to be replaced before the chamber can be pumped down. Or, you could opt to omit the glass and put the top section directly onto the main chamber.

It has:

•2x 2.75" DN35CF Flanges on top above the glass jar

•10x 2.75" DN35CF Flanges on the main body, on the upper part of the chamber

•1x 2.75" DN35CF Flange on the main body, on the lower part of the chamber

•1x 6" DN100CF Flgane on the main body, on the lower part of the chamber.

•5x Ion Vacuum pumps on the lower part of the chamber, and one 1.33" DN16CF high voltage feedthrough to power them.

All knife edges are in great shape.

Due to the large size and weight, this system must be shipped via freight. The buyer is responsible for freight shipping charges.
