8" Vacuum Chamber Conflat DN100CF KF25 w/ Frame Cart Ultra High Vacuum Stainless Steel Chamber
Used see photos. Knife edges on CF flanges are in in good shape, seals to UHV.
We can remove the vacuum chamber from the rest of the assembly on request if the buyer doesn't want the gate valves, diff pumps, or frame.
The diffusion pumps need some work: cooling water and electric will need to be plumbed in, among some others. Gate valve also will need to be interfaced with (they are not manual).
-4 front ports Conflat DN100CF 6" CF
-2 top ports ISO KF25 NW25 flange
-Left port Conflat DN100CF 6" CF
-Right port Conflat DN63CF 4.5" CF
-Left and right flange blanks are ASA800 13".
Diffusion pumps are Varian 0184. Gate valves Kurt J Lesker CC-06ASA.
Due to large size and weight, this item will be shipped via freight. Buyer is responsible for freight shipping costs. The diff pumps specifically are very heavy.
