To enhance AFM/SPM system versatility, convenience, and ease of use, the front of this robust scanner block accommodates a Molecular Imaging/Agilent/Keysight closed-loop scanner while the block’s back accepts a Molecular Imaging/Agilent/Keysight multipurpose scanner. Great for mounting the scanner upside down to load new cantilever tips.
Does not come with AFM scanner. Fits scanners from all Agilent/Keysight AFM systems: 5100, 5420, 5500, 5500 ILM, 5600 LS, 6000 ILM. Fits all multipurpose scanners (specifically Agilent/Keysight part numbers N9521A/B, N9520A/B, N9524A/B as well as their old MI equivalents). Does not fit the purpose-built STM scanners.
