Used. See photos. Indicator light illuminates orange which, according to the manual, "a steady orange light indicates the instrument is starting up". See last photo for the manual snippet. This indicator will illuminate orange until the spectrometer is connected to a computer with the proper software to initialize the instruments. Everything else seems to be in good order: fans fire up and the unit is in good physical condition.
Must be shipped freight due to the large size and weight of the instrument. If accessorial freight charges are required, buyer is responsible for payment of those. Ships free dock-to-dock in the contiguous USA.
