Anritsu MG3670C Digital Modulation Signal Generator.
Used. Tested and working well. See photos. First two photos show the device while powered on. Was tested with our oscilloscope and frequency is spot on. 300 kHz - 2.25 GHz +13dBm. Is missing one function button ket cap on the front, but can still just be pressed using the switch beneath.
