This lot includes assorted Heinz Walz / WALZ optical and photosynthesis research components for use with compatible PAM fluorometer setups, including PM-101/D, US-L655, ED-P700DW-T Dual-Wavelength Emitter-Detector driver/compensation unit, 101-ED suspension analyzer components, and ED-P700DW-E chlorophyll fluorescence / P700 emitter-detector hardware. These modules are used in plant physiology, optical science, photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence, P700 absorbance, Photosystem I / Photosystem II, PS I / PS II, pulse-amplitude-modulated fluorescence, algal suspension, chloroplast, cyanobacteria, phytoplankton, leaf, and stress-response experiments. When integrated with the proper compatible Walz PAM-101/PAM-series controller, fiber optics, cuvette/stand, light sources, and acquisition hardware, the ED-P700DW system enables dual-wavelength near-infrared absorbance measurements used to monitor P700 redox/absorbance changes alongside chlorophyll fluorescence workflows, making it useful for research into photosynthetic electron transport, quantum yield, cyclic electron flow, photoinhibition, plant stress physiology, and aquatic/terrestrial photosynthesis analysis.
