BD Biosciences FACSAria II fluorescence-activated cell sorter / flow cytometer, multi-laser research cell sorting system. System includes a PC with BD FACSDiva software installed; however, we do not have an active/transferable license, dongle, or access credentials confirmed to run the software, so acquisition, fluidics control, detector response, calibration, drop delay, and sorting performance have not been verified. Main unit powers on and the lasers appear to power/illuminate, but we have not fully tested operation with samples, beads, sheath fluid, waste system, sort setup, or BD service procedures. Exact laser/filter/detector configuration should be confirmed from photos, labels, and installed optics. The FACSAria II platform is used for high-speed multicolor flow cytometry and fluorescence-activated cell sorting in research labs. Sold strictly as-is for parts, repair, refurbishment, or integration by qualified cytometry users; no guarantee of full operation, software licensing, calibration, or sort performance is implied.

Due to the large size and weight of this system, it must be shipped via freight. Buyer is responsible for paying for freight shipping costs to their facility.
