Turning on the unit and setting Air volume to its highest sample volume (1000) in open air then running simulated sample (see photo #9-13). This showed appropriate function. No other testing beyond this were performed.

The Bioscience International SAS Super 180 is a portable high-volume microbial air sampler built for viable air monitoring in cleanrooms, hospitals, pharmaceutical production, food facilities, and research labs. It runs at 180 L/min, can sample 1,000 liters in under six minutes, uses standard 55 mm contact plates or 90 mm petri dishes, and is designed around an autoclavable AISI 316 stainless steel aspirating head with traceability and programmable sampling functions.
