Biospherical Instruments QCP-2150 Quantum Cosine Profiler underwater PAR sensor, serial number 50100. This scientific radiometric sensor is designed to measure cosine-corrected Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR; 400-700 nm), also referred to as PPFD or quantum irradiance, in natural waters for oceanographic, limnology, aquaculture, and environmental monitoring applications. The QCP-2150 features digital ASCII output for integration with data acquisition systems, a cosine-corrected acrylic diffuser optimized for in-water measurements, 24-bit ADC electronics, and sampling rates up to 250 Hz. Biospherical literature lists the sensor for deep-water use and notes compatibility with Logger2150 software and serial-to-USB interfacing, depending on configuration.
