Used, see photos. Includes the chamber feedthrough, so you can install it on your own UHV chamber if desired. It is a custom size feedthrough, though (not CF, just a oblong shape), so keep that in mind. Could also just wire it to a standard DB-25 feedthrough and you'd have this beautiful high-precision XY linear stage for your system.
