Carver Hydraulic Press NEEDS WORK Hydraulic Unit 3912
Unit does not work in its current state- when the pump arm is actuated, it makes a sound like oil is flowing but has no resistance and does not raise the lower plate. Essentially, it does not "pump". Will likely require the Hydraulic Unit to be repaired or replaced.
