DEI PCX-150A Pulsed Current Source Laser Diode Driver 100V, 150A Max Power.
The high current Pulsed Current Source was originally manufactured by Directed Energy Inc (DEI), which is now part of Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation (BNC). It is a very high quality unit with an intelligent design. This model is the PCX-150-100, which is capable of 100V pulses of 150A.
Tested- works. Has four interlocks which need to be satisfied before power output. Interface and all controls function.

•Output 1A to 150A (0.1A resolution)
•Pulse width 50us to 5ms
•Duty cycle 2% at 150A, 3% at 100A, 20% at 15A. The maximum average output power is 300W, and the average current cannot exceed 3A
•Compliance voltage 1v to 100v
