Used see photos. Instrument does not come with software or control computer. Hardware only, no cables included. When plugged in, the fans come on and the lamps illuminated. Everything appears to be functional, but is not fully tested since we do not have the software to operate it. Includes all body panels, we removed some of them so that you can get an idea of the internal condition of the system.
Prominently includes a high-end Olympus UPlanSapo 20x/0.75 ∞/0.17/ FN26.5 UIS2 Objective (this is the 20x version of the NanoZoomer), and many other optical components within.
Due to the size and weight of the system, it must be shipped via freight. Ships free dock-to-dock within the continental USA. Accessorial charges such as liftgate or residential delivery (among others) will be charged extra.
From the manufacturer: "The Hamamatsu NanoZoomer 2.0-RS (C10730 series) is a compact, benchtop whole-slide scanner for high-throughput digitization in research pathology and image analysis workflows. It uses a 3-chip TDI line-scan camera for fast, color-faithful capture and supports Z-stack (multilayer) acquisition for thick sections. Typical scan resolutions are ~0.46 µm/pixel at 20×, with autofocus via a pre-focus map. An optional fluorescence module enables multi-channel BF/FL pipelines.
Batch capacity is up to six standard 26 × 76 mm slides (or two double-size 52 × 76 mm), with benchmark speeds around ~60 seconds for a 15 × 15 mm ROI at 20× and ~150 seconds at 40×. Barcodes are supported and images are saved as JPEG-compressed NDPI for downstream quantitation in NDP.View2/NDP.Scan-based environments.
This is a small-footprint scanner that delivers near-micron whole-slide data suitable for archiving, tele-review, and algorithm development when you don't need the multi-hundred-slide capacity of the HT/S-series."
