There are six (1.33") DN16CF Conflat flanges on the atmospheric-pressure side of the flange:
-Two are female BNC connectors
-Two are gas tube feedthroughs (isolated from the rest of the flange using big insulators so perhaps they are for high voltage as well? But they are hollow tubes not solid wires)
-One is a thermocouple sensor feedthrough
-One is a standard open flange with no feedthroughs
The standard 1.33" flange has no dents in its knife edge. Holds high vacuum without any issues.
There is also a Vacuum Generators Limited rotary motion feedthrough in the middle of the assembly which spins the bottom wheel.
