High Vacuum ISO-K 63 Turbo Pump Station Varian Turbo V-70 w/ Roughing Pump, Tee

Used, in good shape. Once the turbo is turned on for a few hours, it pumps down to ~1E-6 Torr (mbar). Could go lower with proper leak-checking.

Includes the following:

•Varian Turbo-V 70 Turbomolecular vacuum pump

•Varian Turbo-V 70 power supply

•Fan + Tabletop mount system

•Pfeiffer DUO 2.5 backing pump

•KF16 flexible Bellows hose to connect backing pump to Turbo pump

•ISO-K 63 to KF50 adapter

•KF40 tee Reducer (KF25 on side)

•Includes all hardware to connect above components, including clamps, centering rings, o-rings, and Claw clamps for ISO-K flange.

Backing Pump will be drained of oil for shipment. It will need to be filled with pump oil before operating it.
