New see photos. Never put into service. Still has original box and packaging, as shown in the photos.
Tested works see photos. We used ~50 PSI to drive this stage in our test. It actuated about 3" from minimum to maximum length within the ultra high vacuum environment. Conflat flange knife edge is in perfect condition, and this part holds UHV well (One of these was tested to E-8 Torr with our in-house turbo pump fixture, but could likely go further).
It has two position sensors on it (limit switches), that can communicate to your system where the stage is located.
