TESTED-- heater, measurement, and timer work properly.

Some buttons stick on the temperature set unit, but the panel easily comes off to un-stick the buttons. Also, the output power level dial (for differing volumes of fluid) is missing, but the switch can easily be moved with a wrench.

Otherwise, the instrument works as it should.
