Large 1 Liter Chemistry Solvent Bubbler With Swagelok Valves And LDI Flowmeter.

Used for getting small amounts of a liquid into gas form (droplets of gas). Pump positive pressure into the long straw of the bubbler and the liquid will dissolve into the gas, taking some with it downstream. Typically used for CVD, nanocrystal synthesis, or other thin film deposition. Compatible chemicals range from organic or organonetallic to inorganic. This unit is sealed with a rubber o-ring, but could be replaced with one that is more chemical-resistant.

In good condition, seals to vacuum. Has mostly swagelok and VCR fittings along the body of the Bubbler. Everything pictured is included.
