Large UHV Chamber with 34 Conflat Flange Ports Kurt Lesker.

Some light thin film deposition was previously done in this vacuum chamber, see photos. In very good condition overall. All conflat flanges are in good shape and seal to high vacuum. Has a few remaining heater pads attached to the exterior of the chamber. Inner diameter of the chamber (overall cylinder) is just over 13.5 inches.

The following are the ports present on the chamber:

6x fixed 10” DN200CF ports

4x rotatable 10” DN200CF ports

4x fixed 6” DN100CF ports

4x rotatable 6” DN100CF ports

8x fixed 2.75” DN35CF-DN40CF ports

8x rotatable 2.75” DN35CF-DN40CF ports

All ports have through-hole bolt holes. See photos for port configuration.

Chamber stored under a blanket to minimize dust collection.

Will need to be shipped via freight due to the large size (measurements in photos) and heavy weight. Buyer is responsible for paying the cost of freight charges. A palletization fee will also be charged to make sure the chamber will be packed very well with lots of padding to prevent damage.
