Lab Liquidators LLC excitedly offers for sale parts to our collection of AFM equipment. We are willing to piece out various components for individual sales or put together a whole system for you (we do not have access to the software, unfortunately, but I have contacts who are able to do this service).

-Bioscope 2 (BS2-0 serial # 177EX): we have a Low Noise LN di DMLS scanner currently in place on the Bioscope in the photos, Bioscope controller, vacuum supply, and joystick, and the microscope that the bioscope stage is installed on is an Olympus IX70 (some parts are missing from the microscope, but we can re-outfit the optical microscope upon request as well).
-Vibration isolation stages - we also have more of these than are pictured, as well as an isolated suspension box which blocks out audible noise if you're really serious about reducing ambient fluctuations.
-Tip holders: we have several different styles available
-SPM tips: we can sell you many different types of AFM, STM, and SPM tips that are compatible with these microscopes
