MDC DNC160F 8-inch OD Conflat flange with glass viewport for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum chamber applications. The DN160CF / 8.00" CF format is a standard large ConFlat interface used where robust all-metal sealing and wide optical access are needed for chamber observation, process monitoring, alignment, or beam / line-of-sight access in vacuum systems. Comparable 8" CF viewports are built around 7056 borosilicate glass and are commonly used on UHV research chambers, deposition systems, surface-science tools, semiconductor equipment, and custom vacuum assemblies.
