Mettler Toledo ME103TE/00 Precision Balance Scale For Parts
For parts: does not work. Does not turn on when plugged in. But, it makes a noise when power is supplied to it (clicks once when power is supplied). The weigh pan holder is also loose, likely this balance has suffered some blunt trauma. FOR PARTS.
