For sale is an MKS Granville-Phillips GP 390510-2-YG-T Micro-Ion ATM vacuum gauge controller/module with Micro-Ion gauge tube installed (390100-YG). This is the RS-485 + analog output version with (2) setpoint relays, no front display, and a 2.75” ConFlat NW35CF / DN35CF flange tube assembly. Clean and in excellent shape. Knife edge is free of any dents or dings and holds UHV without any issues.
Fully tested across multiple decades (real vacuum readings we performed on our test stand). We verified stable analog output at these points, corresponding to the pressure decades below (Torr):
2.497 V ≈ 1e-6 Torr decade (just under 1e-6; per GP-390 log output curve)
3.2 V ≈ E-5 Torr decade
4.7 V ≈ E-2 Torr decade
5.4 V ≈ E-1 Torr decade
6.93 V ≈ E+2 Torr decade / near-atmosphere region
(Analog output follows the Granville Phillips-390 logarithmic transfer function) This gauge can go even lower with the right vacuum equipment.
