Tested, turns on, and initializes, but will require new firmware to bring it up-to-date along with a Windows operating system to function. We were not able to fully test it, appears to be in good physical shape but we did not verify all functionality. May need other repairs. The included Proteus software CDs are part of the software package, but not the whole thing. The manufacturer still sells the software and could update the firmware for you.
