*Not Working* Tektronix TDS7104 4 Channel, 1 GHz 10GS/s Digital Oscilloscope

For Parts condition. It powers on, the fans spin up and lights illuminate on the front plate, but the computer does not boot. We have not opened the cover to see what the issue may be. When an external monitor (not included) is plugged in, a "Media Test Failure" is shown. Perhaps it is missing boot media. Sold in as-is condition with no warranties.
