PerkinElmer / Princeton Applied Research SKP100E scanning Kelvin probe system with SCV100 control unit and legacy PC containing the original operating software. Designed for noncontact surface-potential, contact-potential-difference, and work-function mapping in corrosion, coatings, semiconductor, and materials research.
The system was tested as an assembly. Probe-control functions operate normally and without observed issues. However, displacement readings become inconsistent while scanning a surface, so the resulting 2D displacement maps are not reliable. The system is therefore sold as-is for parts, repair, or further diagnosis and is not represented as fully functional or calibrated.
The included PC boots and operates the original software but is missing one side panel; this did not affect its performance during testing. Includes only the system components shown. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and PC power cord shown for demonstration are not included. Please review the photos and test video for the exact configuration, condition, and observed operation.
Shipping:
Due to the size and weight of this system, it must be shipped via freight. Buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of freight shipping to their facility.
