Front half works great, rotates and heats (see second photo for temp after a few minutes- TEMP METER NOT INCLUDED).

The dial for the rear half will not turn, so it will not turn on. To explain further, when the plastic dial is moved to the rear dial switch, it will not turn, it is stuck. This is the reason the unit is listed as "For Parts or Not Working" condition. Unclear if the repair is as simple as un-sticking/replacing the dial switch.
