Configured with filter-based absorbance, top-reading fluorescence intensity, and heating (though heating does not work).
Absorbance was tested and worked properly. The installed slide contains 405 nm, 550 nm, and 595 nm absorbance filters, each with a 10 nm bandwidth. The fourth position is empty. No fluorescence emission filters are installed. Fluorescence could not be tested with the included filter configuration; a compatible excitation/emission filter pair is required.
Heating does not function properly.
Includes the reader with its installed filter slide, a mini desktop computer with i-control software installed, the computer power cable, and a USB cable for connecting the reader.
Anything not specifically listed is not included.
Does not include the keyboard, mouse, or monitor. Those are for sale separately if you need them.
