Tested and confirmed working for bottom fluorescence, absorbance, and temperature control.
Bottom Fluorescence: Successfully tested using fluorescein solutions in a microplate, producing measurable fluorescence readings.
Absorbance: Tested and functioning properly.
Temperature Control (Heating): Tested and functioning properly.
Top Fluorescence: Not functioning properly. Instrument displays an error when attempting top fluorescence measurements.
Luminescence: Option installed but not tested.
The instrument is functional for multiple measurement modes but has a known issue with top fluorescence. Sold with this limitation clearly disclosed.
