Used. Seals to high vacuum. Uses rubber gaskets to seal.
Has the following interfaces:
•2x BNC electrical feedthroughs
•3x viewports (approximately 35mm window)
•Hinged door
•2x 4.5" DN63CF Conflat flanges- these are modified, custom flanges for this chamber. They aren't technically conflat, but are conflat-sized so that conflat flanges mate to the surface. The major difference is that the flanges on this chamber do not have a knife-edge, so rubber CF gaskets have to be used instead of copper ones. The flanges are opposite each other on the chamber.
Outside dimensions of the box are approximately 15"x10"x6".
Very heavy box- the walls are 1/2" thick in most places.
