Testing Included:
Powering the system followed by running a blank 80:20 MeOH:H2O solution to zero the absorbance at 272nm Wavelength. This was followed up with running a 5ug/ml Caffeine 80:20 MeOH:H2O solution which successfully yielded absorbance values in the range of 0.230 - 0.300AU (see photos #11-13). Additionally wavelength checks were conducted for both the D2 and W lamps which passed (see photos #14-19).
