This chamber was previously used for an analytical application. See photos. In good condition overall. All conflat flanges are in good shape and seal to high vacuum. Inner diameter of the chamber (main cylinder) is just about 7 inches. The ID of the side cylinder is about 5.75 inches.
The following are the ports present on the chamber:
1x rotatable 8” DN160CF port
1x rotatable 2.75” DN35CF-DN40CF port
4x NW25/KF25 ports
1x KF16/NW16 port
1x KF40/NW40 port
2x Custom o-ring sealed 8" end flanges
Also includes 1x 19-pin electrical feedthrough and 4x 4-pin electrical feedthroughs.
All CF ports have through-hole bolt holes. See photos for port configuration.
