About this extractor: The ANKOM XT15 is an automated Soxhlet-type crude fat extraction system for food, feed, agricultural, and analytical labs that need higher-throughput fat/oil analysis without the usual glassware circus. ANKOM positions it as a closed-system extractor aligned with AOCS Am 5-04 and based on AOAC 954.02 workflow logic; it runs up to 15 samples per batch, up to 150 samples per day, operates at 90 °C, and uses automatic solvent recovery of >97% with ANKOM XT4 filter bags. That makes it a strong fit for routine crude-fat work, QA/QC labs, feed testing, and any bench that wants a more automated alternative to traditional manual Soxhlet extraction.
