UHV Vacuum Cart Modular Workstation Varian TV70 Turbo Pfeiffer Duo Roughing Pump

Custom-build system assembled from used parts, please see photos and read description. This workstation is an AV cabinet on wheels and a ventilator fan, with plenty of room for expansion. Acoustic treatment and foreline pump isolation makes for quiet operation. The Pfeiffer Duo foreline pump comes with an Edwards oil mist filter attached. The Varian TV70 includes a fan and mount. The complete workstation was tested as assembled and achieved approximately 3×10^-6 Torr within about 40 minutes, without bakeout. The vacuum gauge used to verify system pressure is shown in the demonstration video but is not included. A six-space individually switchable power strip on the side allows for control of each device in your setup.

The vacuum gauge shown in the video demo and first and second photos is not included, it was used for test purposes only. If you need any gauges, adapters or flanges, we can sell those to you separately for an extra price. We can also swap out the turbo for larger ones and add bypass arms to the system for quick swapping for an extra price.
As this cart is large, it will need to be shipped via freight. Buyer is responsible for the cost of freight shipping to their facility.
