TESTED 5E-7 Torr: Varian Turbo-V 81-T Turbomolecular High Vacuum Pump UHV Includes TV81AG-NAV (Navigator) Controller / Power Supply
High-performance turbomolecular pump package for high and ultra-high vacuum systems. Pump and controller have been tested and run properly; system achieved 5E-7 Torr in our setup, we ran it for about 6 hours.
