FOSS Infratec 1241 Grain Analyzer for whole grain NIR testing. Commonly used for measuring grain properties such as moisture, protein, and temperature depending on installed calibrations. We tested it and it worked without any errors and yielded measurements when we tested it with barley.

Tested. Basic keypad/display functionality observed. Full calibrated accuracy has not been verified. Tested only with limited sample material, so buyer should expect to perform calibration/validation before lab or commercial use.

Tested FOSS Infratec 1241 whole grain NIR/NIT analyzer for rapid grain and oilseed quality analysis, including moisture, protein, oil, starch, test weight, wet gluten, fiber, ash, and related parameters depending installed calibrations/configuration (not all of them are installed on this system). Designed for grain elevators, seed labs, feed mills, milling operations, ethanol/ag processing, commodity receiving, grain trading, farm co-ops, QA/QC labs, and agricultural research. The Infratec 1241 uses near-infrared transmittance whole-grain analysis with a 570-1100 nm wavelength range. Unit is tested as shown.
