Used in good shape. Tested to 300 VAC, and we tested it up to 250 Hz. Out multimeter is not to be included in sale, that was used for testing purposes only to demonstrate that it functions. We plugged in several appliances and it powered them without issue.
This source requires 220V input power: it will not work properly on regular wall outlet power 110v in the USA without a step up transformer. This frequency converted source is only capable of 500W output, please be sure it is sized correctly for your intended application.
