This Inficon transpector RGA is tested and worked to measure accurately the overall pressure and partial pressures of various gases in the UHV turbo-driven bench test station here at Lab Liquidators LLC's lab. Runs in all modes correctly in Inficon's TWare32 RGA controlling software.

INFICON H100M Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) system; a quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS) package for vacuum diagnostics and process monitoring. Configured for 1–100 AMU (100 amu) and equipped with dual detectors: Faraday cup + Secondary Electron Multiplier (SEM) / electron multiplier for wide dynamic range (Faraday for higher pressures; EM/SEM for trace-level signals).
Sensor head is DN35CF (ConFlat) flange with standard filament. Sale includes the complete control stack: INFICON controller, OEM Inficon power supply (911-038-P1), communication cable, and a dedicated PC with INFICON TWare32 (TWare 32) RGA control software pre-loaded on Windows 11. We fully tested in-house: both Faraday mode and electron multiplier mode operate correctly across all built-in/set programs. Knife edge of nipple is in perfect shape, holds UHV with ease.
Common use cases: leak detection, outgassing and bakeout monitoring, contamination/hydrocarbon and water tracking, vacuum system troubleshooting, and general HV/UHV gas analysis for deposition, semiconductor, vacuum furnaces, sputtering/evap, gloveboxes, load locks, etc.
