About this machine, "The Jelight Model 256 UVO-Cleaner® is a benchtop UV/ozone surface cleaning and activation system designed to remove organic contamination from substrates without abrasive contact or wet chemistry, making it useful for wafer cleaning, thin-film and coating prep, photoresist descumming, optics cleaning, adhesion improvement, surface hydrophilicity treatment, and general cleaning of glass, quartz, sapphire, ceramics, metals, silicon, and other research or semiconductor materials. It uses a low-pressure mercury vapor grid lamp operating at 184.9 nm and 253.7 nm to break down and volatilize hydrocarbons, oils, residues, and other surface organics. The Model 256 features a 16" x 16" cleaning tray, 0.25" to 3.0" tray height adjustment, approximate outer dimensions of 32.0" L x 20.25" W x 12.0" H, 2 x 2.0" exhaust ports, 4 x 0.375" media inlet ports, and typical lamp intensity of 28 to 32 mW/cm² at 253.7 nm measured 3 to 5 mm from the lamp; standard input power is listed as 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 10.0 A."
