TESTED LEYBOLD 230040V02 TTR91NS Pump Transducer for Vacuum Pump Measurements
Tested at Rough Vacuum and works as intended. See 2nd and 3rd photos for the test we performed: we took measurements at two different pressures and measured the analog readings and compared them to another digital gauge we have, as shown. The gauge works as it should.

About this gauge: The Leybold THERMOVAC TTR 91 N, part number 230040V02, is an active Pirani vacuum transducer designed for inline pressure measurement in vacuum pumps, forelines, chambers, load locks, and other general vacuum systems. This DN 16 ISO-KF gauge uses a MEMS Pirani thermal-conductivity sensor and is specified for a measuring range of 5 × 10^-5 to 1000 mbar in air or nitrogen. The 230040V02 version operates on 9 to 30 VDC, provides a 0.61 to 10 VDC logarithmic analog output for integration with displays, controllers, or PLC-based monitoring, and includes two relay setpoints for process control or interlock functions.
