This tested Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions SOLAIR 3350 is a high-flow portable airborne particle counter/analyzer designed for cleanroom certification support, environmental monitoring, contamination troubleshooting, facility monitoring, filter/HEPA verification support, and controlled-environment particle measurement. The SOLAIR 3350 is the 100 LPM / 3.35 CFM model with 0.3 µm minimum particle-size detection, standard 6-channel sizing at 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, and 10.0 µm, and documented detection capability up to 25 µm depending on configuration. Lighthouse literature describes the SOLAIR platform with stainless steel construction, touchscreen operation, Extreme Life Laser Diode technology, onboard recipe/data storage, USB / Ethernet / RS-485 communication, USB flash data transfer, 21 CFR Part 11 support, and ISO 21501-4-designed performance. We tested this unit and obtained a reasonable particle measurement; video of the unit operating is available for buyer review. Unit is used and should be calibrated before regulated cleanroom certification, GMP release, ISO acceptance work, or any application requiring traceable measurement accuracy.
