Tested working MKS Granville-Phillips 356005-YD-T Series 356 Micro-Ion Plus wide-range vacuum gauge module with digital display and NW16KF / KF16 vacuum fitting. This compact UHV gauge combines a Micro-Ion hot-cathode ionization gauge with a Conductron heat-loss sensor to measure from high/ultra-high vacuum up to atmosphere, with manufacturer specs listing a pressure range of 1 x 10⁻⁹ Torr to atmosphere for air/N₂. Model configuration indicates yttria-coated iridium filaments, Torr display units, and DeviceNet interface. Useful for turbo pump stations, high-vacuum chambers, semiconductor tools, thin-film deposition systems, leak-test setups, and general HV/UHV instrumentation. Unit has been tested working.
