MKS Granville-Phillips 356005-YD-T Micro-Ion Plus Vacuum Gauge KF16 w/ Display
Used, tested and functions. See photo- gauge holds UHV and gauge measures UHV ranges, all the way up to atmosphere because it is a combination gauge. It measures Atm to 1E-3 torr using a convectron-style heat loss sensor, and then E-3 to E-9 torr using the micro-ion gauge. The built-in electronics allow two relay set points.
Has a KF16/NW16 flange on the bottom. Both filaments are functional and tested good. The filaments are Yttria-coated Iridium.
