Used see photos. We tested it in regular spectrum acquisition mode, and absorption mode. The test photos (3rd and 4th photos) show the spectrometer measuring the absorption spectrum of safranin O Stain Solution.
The video shows an absorption test using safranin O Stain Solution (Red) and Crystal Violet Stain Solution (Purple)
These spectrometers work with the newest OceanView software available from Ocean Insight. The software is not included in purchase, though if you need the software we can supply you with the software along with a control PC for an extra cost.
