This tested Robbins Scientific Model 400 Hybridization Incubator/Oven is a compact rotating hybridization oven for molecular biology workflows including Northern/Southern blot hybridization, nucleic acid probe work, and temperature-controlled tube incubation. The Model 400 provides variable temperature control up to 99°C with internal rotation for uniform sample mixing and heat distribution, making it useful for hybridization bottles/tubes and similar lab incubation applications. Unit has been tested working; please see photos for actual condition, included rotator/accessories, and exact configuration. Power cord and any accessories not shown or expressly listed are not included.
