TESTED RSR HY3002-3 DC Power Supply, Two Variable Channels & One Fixed Channel, Grade B Condition
The RSR HY3002-3 is a Three Channel Linear Regulated DC Power Supply. Two of the channels are capable of outputting 0-30V at 0-2A signals and the third channel outputs a fixed 5V at 0-3A. The two variable channels have +, -, and Ground connections. The fixed channel has + and -. The Grade A condition describes minimal sun tanning of the front panel and a test for each of the channels voltage outputs determining that they work properly. The Grade B condition has more noticeable sun tanning aging of the front panel however, the voltage outputs are tested the same as the Grade A power supplies.
Linear regulated power supply, not switch mode! Its 18.5 lb weight and very low specified ripple of roughly 0.5–1 mV RMS also comport with a linear supply.
