Testing Included the Following:
The system was connected to Shimadzu LabSolutions and tested using nitrogen carrier gas with the installed 100 m × 0.25 mm ID × 0.50 µm capillary column. Communication with LabSolutions was confirmed, a method was created and downloaded, and the GC completed a system check successfully. The AOC-20i autosampler was recognized and completed an automated 1.0 µL liquid injection. The SPL inlet reached and maintained 180 °C, the column oven completed the programmed 50-100 °C temperature ramp, and the SFID detector reached and maintained 200 °C. Nitrogen carrier pressure and flow remained stable, the FID ignited and remained lit, and the system reached ready status and completed a full run. LabSolutions recorded a chromatogram with multiple resolved peaks from an ethanol/hexane test mixture, confirming data acquisition, detector response, oven programming, carrier control, and autosampler operation. Only the items shown are included.
